  2. E-mails sent to promote SocialOpine.comTM must not be sent from or to any jurisdiction which prohibits such activity.
  3. All monthly payments will be made for a minimum of $100. Accounts with less than $100 and with no activity for 90 days will be subject to closure and any amounts "earned" will be forfeit. (Revenue sharing applies only to Professional level accounts.
  4. Affiliate Members agree to "hold harmless" SocialOpine.comTM legal claims arising from their activities regarding this agreement.
  5. Your participation will not be current until you verify your e-mail. If we e-mail you and your e-mail is blocked by your service provider, you account will be classified as inactive. Should this happen, you may log in and re-verify your e-mail address.
  6. SocialOpine.comTM may at its sole discretion terminate any affiliate relationship which in its judgment violates these terms or any applicable laws. Terminations as a result of inappropriate activity will result in a forfeit of any unpaid amounts. Affiliate members may terminate their accounts at any time by logging into their account and terminating the account.
  7. Affiliate Members agree that any dispute will be handled through arbitration only and within the jurisdiction covering Anniston, Alabama, USA.
